About Nantwich Canal Centre
The ABC Leisure Group canal basin on the Shropshire Union at Nantwich, a short walk from the town centre, with moorings for boats up to 70ft and a busy boatyard.
The basin is on the edge of Nantwich, a walk from the town's shops and pubs, and within easy cruising of the Llangollen Canal and the Middlewich Branch. ABC also runs hire boats, a day boat and two holiday lets from here.
On site are a dry dock, engineering and fabrication workshops, a chandlery, a cafe and a launderette, with gas, diesel, pump-out, Elsan, water, refuse and recycling, parking and electric hook-ups.
Moorings are let by the foot, either monthly or at a discounted annual rate paid in advance. Electricity is through an approved metered cable or prepayment cards. Moorers paying annually or by direct debit get 10% off other ABC purchases.
