About Calveley Offside - L1 Moorings (South) L1 Leisure
A Canal & River Trust long-term leisure mooring site on the Shropshire Union Canal at Calveley.
The mooring is on the off-side bank. Mooring pins are required because rings are not installed; boats can also be chained against the metal piling.
Shared facilities on the towpath side include car parking, elsan disposal and refuse disposal. Access to the site is through a gate secured with a Canal & River Trust key.
The site is for leisure use and is not suitable for full-time residential use.
