About Maryport Marina
An independent 180-berth marina in the historic Senhouse Dock at Maryport on the Solway Firth, reached over a sill through a flap gate that opens for four to five hours each tide.
Maryport Marina occupies Senhouse Dock on the Cumbrian shore of the Solway Firth and is run by Maryport Harbour and Marina Ltd. A flap gate on a sill 3.1m above chart datum holds water in the dock and is opened for about four to five hours around each high water.
There are 180 serviced pontoon berths with water and electricity, including designated catamaran berths. The site has a diesel berth, mobile pump-out, a 40-tonne hoist, a slipway, a boat shed for indoor storage, a café, toilets, showers and laundry, CCTV and fob-controlled pedestrian access.
Annual pontoon berths are charged per metre, with free car parking, Wi-Fi, slipway use and six months' storage ashore for annual berth holders. Wide-beam boats are not charged extra. Six-month, monthly, weekly and daily berths are also priced per metre.
