About Greenfield Lock L1 Leisure
A Canal & River Trust mooring site at Greenfield Lock on the Shropshire Union Canal, east of Chester, with space for up to five vessels.
The site provides approximately 100 metres of off-side bank mooring. Access is pedestrian only, and there is no car parking.
A water point is located above Christleton Lock. Pump-out, elsan and refuse facilities are available at Chester city basin, about two miles away by boat. The site is for leisure use and is not suitable for full-time residential use.
