About Tithe Barn L1 Leisure
A Canal & River Trust leisure mooring on the Lancaster Canal at Garstang, with space for up to 11 boats along two off-side areas.
The two mooring areas total around 150 metres. One is beside the Th'owd Tithe pub and the other is south of a small private mooring basin. Mooring rings are installed, though pins may be needed depending on boat length and ring spacing.
The site has no facilities block or car parking. Nearby public car parks and shops are in Garstang town centre; the nearest Canal & River Trust water, Elsan, pump-out and refuse facilities are about half a mile north at Moss Lane. This leisure site is not intended for long-term residential use and has no planning consent for residential use.
