Tewitfield Marina sits beside the Lancaster Canal just north of Carnforth, close to the Cumbrian border. The site is run by Lake District Estates and combines boat moorings with self-catering holiday apartments.
The marina has more than 50 moorings for narrowboats and canal or river cruisers. Every mooring has an electricity hook-up and a water supply, and moorings are let for 12 months at a time.
