About Saracens Head L1 Leisure
A Canal & River Trust leisure mooring on the off-side bank of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal near Ormskirk.
The mooring extends for approximately 320 metres and has space for up to 20 boats. Mooring rings are installed, though pins may be needed depending on boat length and ring spacing.
This is a leisure site for storing boats between uses. Overnight stays and occasional longer visits are welcome, but it is not intended for full-time residential use and lacks planning consent and facilities for long-term living.
