About Red Rock L1 Leisure
A Canal & River Trust leisure mooring site on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal at Red Rock near Wigan, with linear towpath berths.
The linear mooring site extends for approximately 360 metres and provides space for up to 17 vessels moored against the towpath.
The site is for leisure use. Overnight stays and occasional longer visits are welcome, but it is not suitable for full-time residential use. Water and elsan facilities are available at nearby locks; an unsecured public car park is at the start of the site.
