Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council operates the Rathlin Harbour and Marina facilities. The council advises visitors to book a berth on the marina pontoons.
The council's harbour strategy describes a six-month summer permit for the marina and annual quayside berths at Rathlin. Current detailed fees are available by contacting the harbour staff.
