About NWT Hickling Broad Moorings
Bankside and swing moorings on Hickling Broad let by Norfolk Wildlife Trust on yearly or seasonal licences, with no services included.
Norfolk Wildlife Trust lets bankside moorings either side of the Pleasure Boat Inn at Hickling Staithe and in a dyke at the Whispering Reeds end of the staithe, plus swing moorings on the broad. It also has swing moorings on Barton Broad.
Bankside berths are on a rolling yearly licence charged per foot, and winter-only users pay the full year. Swing moorings run for the April to October season and licensees supply their own buoy, chain and weight. The fee covers the berth only: water, electricity and waste disposal are not included.
