About Hormead Wharf (East)
A leisure mooring basin on the Grand Union Canal's Paddington Branch, with berths transferable only with boats already moored on site.
Hormead Wharf (East) is one of two small off-line basins on a West London mooring site. The operator says the east and west areas together provide space for up to seven vessels.
Each berth has water and a 16 amp electricity supply with pre-payment metering; permit holders can use an Elsan facility. The operator says berths transfer only with the purchase of an existing boat on site and that the site is for leisure use, not full-time residential use.
