About Grove Lock Marina
An ABC Leisure Group marina basin beside Grove Lock on the Grand Union just south of Leighton Buzzard, taking boats up to 70ft, with a caravan site and the Grove Lock pub next door.
The basin lies off the Grand Union by Grove Lock on the Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire border, between the Chilterns to the south and Stoke Bruerne and Braunston to the north. A touring caravan site overlooks the water and the Grove Lock pub is alongside.
Facilities include two toilet and shower blocks, diesel and pump-out, Elsan and refuse disposal, recycling, Calor gas, a chandlery, water, electric hook-ups and parking. The marina also handles boat sales and brokerage.
Moorings are priced per foot, by monthly Direct Debit or at a discounted rate for a year paid in advance. Living aboard regularly counts as an extended stay that needs approval and carries a surcharge.
