The site is approximately 80 metres long and provides space for up to seven vessels moored against the off-side bank.
The Trust describes the site as for leisure use. Overnight stays and occasional longer visits are welcome, but it is not suitable for full-time residential use. Elsan and refuse facilities are available nearby; car parking is nearby and unsecured.
