About Broadlands Marina
A Tingdene-run marina at Oulton Broad on the southern edge of the Broads, with pontoon, finger and fixed berths, visitor moorings and a slipway.
Broadlands Marina sits beside Oulton Broad at Lowestoft, giving access to the River Waveney and the southern Broads, with a route to the sea via Mutford Lock. It was enlarged by 54 berths in winter 2021.
Berths are priced per metre of overall length, with separate rates for new pontoon berths, finger berths and fixed stern-to or side-on moorings. Water, pump-out tokens for annual holders, the slipway and parking are included for annual berth-holders; electricity is by prepaid meter card. Free hard standing is offered at the group's Brundall Bay Marina.
The tariff states that residential use is not permitted. A restaurant, holiday park and swimming pool share the site.
